When will I receive my orders delivery tracking information?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us that will contain your tracking details.


Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Use the information and consignment number in the dispatched order email to track your delivery.


The details you provided are not working.

Please allow up to 12 hours for all tracking information to be accessible. There may be a delay with the shipping data between the Integrate AV systems and the delivery services system.


Where is my order?


Has my order been shipped? Why not?

  • Your delivery address cannot be verified
  • We are waiting for your payment or remittance
  • Verification of your personal details may be checked to prevent fraud or un-authorised account use
  • Courier delivery delays due to an extreme weather event or a natural disaster that is beyond the control of the delivery service or Integrate AV
  • Integrate AV will at times conduct deliveries directly from their suppliers warehouse, this may increase our delivery time frames if situations arise that are beyond our control


How long before my order is shipped?

It is usual for your order to ship the following day after receiving cleared payment. You will be contacted by Integrate AV should there be any anticipated delays that exceed 48 hours after the receipt of your payment.


Additional Delivery Information


Does Integrate AV offer free delivery?

Integrate AV does not offer free delivery unless a specific promotional event or sale event is running. These sale events will be clearly listed on our website during the event.


How long will delivery take?

The normal range of delivery times ranges from 4-7 business days. Use this time frame as a guide only. Some deliveries will arrive much quicker (next day) and some may take longer depending on the final delivery address and the courier services used to complete the delivery. For project work, our sales team will co-ordinate with you about delivery schedules.


How much does delivery cost?

Our website calculates delivery charges based on the following information:

  • The distance to the final delivery address
  • Weight of the item (cubic and gross whichever is higher)
  • The service required to carry and complete the delivery.
The final delivery charge will be confirmed with you at the time of checkout.


Do you offer express delivery?

If express delivery is required or specific delivery times are necessary, please contact us to discuss options. Integrate AV will try to assist any delivery requests where possible.


Can you deliver to an International address?

Not via our website. Our website uses address validation for all addresses within Australia. If you would like an International delivery, please talk to us prior to placing your order so we can discuss options.


Large and Bulky items?

Large an bulky items may incur an additional handling fee. If a product is bulky, this will be clearly identified on the product information page. Integrate AV will call you to discuss any additional charges for the delivery of bulky items. Please note that Integrate AV will absorb as much additional charges as possible and will only pass on additional charges as a last resort.


Does Integrate AV offer installation services?

Yes. Installation and integration is our expertise. Please call us directly to discuss your installation requirements and we will be more than happy to complete a site inspection (if necessary) and provide you with a quotation. Feel free to email our sales team here


COVID-19 Delivery Update

Integrate AV is not currently experiencing and delivery delays or service interruptions due to COVID-19


Product Returns & Warranty


All products sold by Integrate AV are supported by the products manufacturers warranty process. Please refer to the manufacturers website for warranty details or the included warranty certificate that may come with your product. If you cannot locate the information or your product has arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival) please contact us directly to coordinate the return or replacement of the product. All warranty delivery and processing fees are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions. Integrate AV is here to assist!
